Lemon chess pie

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• eggs - 4 item
• milk - 1/4 c
• flour - 2 Tbsp
• lemon juice - 1/4 c
• butter, melted - 4 Tbsp
• cornmeal - 2 Tbsp
• lemon rind - 1 Tbsp
• pie shells, partially baked - 2 item

How to make lemon chess pie:

Mix flour, sugar and cornmeal. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition. Add the 3 liquids. Add lemon rind. Pour into pie shells and bake for 35 minutes or until set at 350°.
