- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 4 item
- milk - 1/4 c
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 1/4 c
- butter, melted - 4 Tbsp
- cornmeal - 2 Tbsp
- lemon rind - 1 Tbsp
- pie shells, partially baked - 2 item
How to make lemon chess pie:
Mix flour, sugar and cornmeal. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition. Add the 3 liquids. Add lemon rind. Pour into pie shells and bake for 35 minutes or until set at 350°.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
