- eggs - 2 item
- oil - 1/3 c
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- cream cheese, softened - 1 (8
- box yellow cake mix - 1 item
How to make lemon cheese bars:
Mix dry cake mix, 1 egg and oil until crumbly. Reserve 1 cup. Put remaining mixture lightly into an ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes. Beat cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice and 1 egg until light and smooth. Spread over baked layer. Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture. Bake 10 minutes longer. Cool.
