Ingredients/Components
- water - 2 Tbsp
- cold water - 3/4 c
- oil - 3/4 c
- powdered sugar - 1/2 pkg
- butter, melted - 2 Tbsp
- box yellow cake mix - 1 item
- whole eggs - 4 item
- Beat 4 minutes at medium speed
- box Jell-O instant lemon pudding - 1 item
How to make lemon cake:
Mix all together. Beat 4 minutes at medium speed. Bake in 350° oven for 35 minutes or until done. Bake in long cake pan.Icing:1/3 c. fresh lemon juice (usually 2 lemons)2 Tbsp. butter, melted2 Tbsp. water1/2 pkg. powdered sugar Add all ingredients together and beat until smooth.
