Lemon bisque
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- hot water
- few grains salt - 1 item
- vanilla wafers, crushed
- large can evaporated milk - 1 item
- large lemon jello - 1 pkg
- juice and rind of 1 lemon, grated
How to make lemon bisque:
Mix jello, water, lemon juice and rind and salt. Let partially set or jell. Whip ice cold milk. Add sugar and fold in the jello. Put layer of crushed wafers in bottom of Pyrex dish.
