  • sugar - 1 c
  • cream cheese - 1 pkg
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • hot water - 1 c
  • lemon jello - 1 pkg
  • large can evaporated milk - 1 item

How to make cheese cake:

Chill milk in can until it forms ice. Pour milk into bowl; beat until it forms peaks. Mix water and jello. Let cool; beat. Mix cream cheese, vanilla and sugar. Add to jello mixture; add to milk. Beat well. Pour into graham cracker crust.
