- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- container Cool Whip - 1 (
- prepared graham cracker crust - 1 item
- strawberries, hulled and halved - 1 pt
- Philadelphia cream cheese, softened - 4 oz
- lemon peel, grated - 2 tsp
- Jell-O vanilla or lemon instant pudding and pie filling - 2 pkg
How to make lemon berry pie:
Soften cheese in microwave for 15 to 20 seconds on High. Beat cream cheese, 1 tablespoon of milk and sugar in a bowl until smooth. Stir in lemon juice and peel. Stir in 1 1/2 cups of Cool Whip. Spread evenly in bottom of crust. Press strawberry halveRecipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
