Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1 Tbsp
• plus 1 Tbsp - 2 c
• lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
• container Cool Whip - 1 (
• prepared graham cracker crust - 1 item
• strawberries, hulled and halved - 1 pt
• Philadelphia cream cheese, softened - 4 oz
• lemon peel, grated - 2 tsp
• Jell-O vanilla or lemon instant pudding and pie filling - 2 pkg

How to make lemon berry pie:

Soften cheese in microwave for 15 to 20 seconds on High. Beat cream cheese, 1 tablespoon of milk and sugar in a bowl until smooth. Stir in lemon juice and peel. Stir in 1 1/2 cups of Cool Whip. Spread evenly in bottom of crust. Press strawberry halve
