Pineapple sherbet



Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2/3 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- buttermilk - 2 c
- can crushed pineapple - 1 oz
- white corn syrup - 4 Tbsp
- egg white, unbeaten - 1 item
How to make pineapple sherbet:
Combine buttermilk, sugar, corn syrup, pineapple and vanilla. Pour into refrigerator dessert tray. Freeze until firm. Remove to chilled bowl; add unbeaten egg white and beat until fluffy. Return to freezer for 20 to 25 minutes or until frozen. Serves 5.Recipe categories: Desserts, Frozen desserts, Pineapple.
