Ingredients/Components
- Gold Medal flour - 2 c
- powdered sugar - 1/2 c
- butter or margarine - 1 c
- sugar - 2 c
- flour - 4 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 8 10
- eggs - 4 item
How to make lemon bars:
Mix with fingers the first three ingredients and spread in a 9 x 10-inch pan. Bake 20 minutes at 350°.Beat remaining ingredients and spread over baked crumbs. Bake 25 minutes at 350°. Take out and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cut into bars.
