- eggs - 4 item
- powdered sugar - 1 lb
- cream cheese, softened
- stick margarine or butter - 1 item
- box Duncan Hines lemon cake mix - 1 item
How to make lemon bars:
Topping:8 oz. cream cheese, softened1 lb. powdered sugar4 eggs Melt margarine in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Add dry Duncan Hines lemon cake mix. Sprinkle over margarine or butter and mix. If too dry, add 1 beaten egg and pat into pan.Topping: Mix well softened cream cheese, powdered sugar and 4 eggs. Pour on top of cake. Bake in a 350° oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
