Lemon asparagus chicken
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/4 c
- vegetable oil - 1 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- hot cooked noodles - 1 item
- skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - 4 item
- can new cream of asparagus soup - 1 3/4
How to make lemon asparagus chicken:
In skillet in hot oil, cook chicken 10 minutes or until brown on both sides. Set aside. Spoon off fat. In skillet, combine soup, milk, lemon juice and pepper. Heat to boiling. Return chicken to skillet. Cover. Cook over low heat 5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink, stirring occasionally. Serve over noodles. Garnish with lemon wedges and fresh thyme, if desired.
