Ingredients/Components
- flour
- butter, melted - 1/4 c
- good pinch of salt - 1 item
- coffee cream half and half - 1/3 c
- good pinch of sugar - 1 item
- cooked, riced potatoes no lumps - 4 c
How to make lefse:
Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Knead well. Using 1/2 cup at a time, roll paper thin on floured board. Bake on lightly greased griddle, turning often to avoid scorching. Should be slightly golden, but never crisp. Wipe griddle clean each time.Recipe categories: Breads, Appetizers, Potato.
