Ingredients/Components
- sliced carrots - 2 item
- rice - 3/4 c
- cooked hamburger
- large sliced onion - 1 item
- to 3 sliced potatoes - 2 item
- large can tomatoes, drained and save juice - 1 item
How to make layered dinner:
In a greased casserole dish, layer ingredients in order as above: salt and pepper to taste. Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. If dish dries during baking, add the tomato juice.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, One Dish meal.
