- salt - 1 item
- egg - 1 item
- Ricotta - 1 lb
- pepper - 1 item
- ground beef - 4 oz
- parsley - 2 Tbsp
- tomato sauce - 2 c
- Parmesan - 1/4 c
- Mozzarella - 4 oz
- pieces lasagna - 12 item
How to make lasagna rolls:
Cook lasagna; pat dry. Mix Ricotta, Parmesan, 1/2 the Mozzarella, salt, egg, pepper, parsley and fried beef (drained). Spread on lasagna noodles; roll up.
