Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- salt
- Ricotta - 3 c
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- parsley flakes - 2 Tbsp
- hamburger - 1 lb
- tomato paste - 12 oz
- lasagna noodles - 10 oz
- canned tomatoes - 16 oz
- Parmesan - 1/2 c
- Mozzarella - 1 lb
- whole basil - 1 Tbsp
How to make lasagna:
Brown meat; drain excess fat. Add garlic, basil, salt, and tomatoes. Simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cook noodles according to directions; drain and rinse. Beat eggs; add remaining ingredients, except Mozzarella. Layer 1/2 noodles in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish; spread with 1/2 egg and Ricotta mixture. Add 1/2 the Mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers.
