Beef enchiladas
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- salsa - 1 c
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 4 c
- ground beef, browned and drained - 1 lb
- flour tortillas - 10 item
- small cans enchilada sauce - 2 item
How to make beef enchiladas:
Mix ground beef, salsa, sour cream and 2 cups of cheese in pan. Spoon mixture into tortillas and roll them up. Place tortillas in an oblong baking pan, pour enchilada sauce over the top and sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake at 350° for about 15 to 20 minutes (until cheese is good and melted).Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, Beef.
