Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- powdered sugar - 1 c
- cream of tartar - 1/8 tsp
- egg whites about 4 whites - 1/2 c
How to make kisses:
Add salt and cream of tartar to egg whites. Beat very stiff. Beat in 1/4 cup powdered sugar. Fold in remaining sugar, nuts and vanilla. Drop by teaspoonfuls on ungreased paper on a pan. Dust with powdered sugar. Bake in slow oven (275°) for 5 minRecipe categories: Desserts, < 15 mins, Candy.
