  • can Ro-Tel tomatoes - 1 item
  • onions, chopped - 2 item
  • Cheddar cheese
  • cans mushroom soup - 2 item
  • frozen tortillas - 1 pkg
  • fryer, broiled and boned - 1 item

How to make king ranch casserole:

Boil chicken and bone; save 1 cup broth. Grate cheese. Tear tortillas into pieces. Place tortillas in large casserole dish with layers of chicken, onions and cheese.

Mix tomatoes and soup in saucepan. Add broth. Heat until well mixed. Pour over casserole. Bake 45 minutes at 375°.
