- garlic salt - 1/8 tsp
- chili powder - 1 Tbsp
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- Mozzarella cheese - 1 item
- chicken
- onion - 1/2 c
- cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
- can Ro-Tel - 1 item
- Doritos - 1 pkg
How to make mexican chicken:
Cook chicken in water. Remove bones and chop into cubes. Grease casserole dish. Layer the following: Doritos, soaked in chicken broth, chicken, onion, seasoning, all soups and cheese. Top with Ro-Tel. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
