Kielbasa and cabbage
Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
- water - 1/4 c
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- seasoned salt - 1 tsp
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- slices bacon - 6 item
- dried, crushed red pepper - 1/2 1
- kielbasa or Polish sausage, cut into 1-inch pieces - 1 lb
- medium cabbage, cut into thin wedges - 1 item
How to make kielbasa and cabbage:
Cook bacon until crisp; set aside. Add next 7 ingredients to bacon drippings and cook 10 minutes over medium heat. Turn cabbage once. Add sausage; cover and cook another 5 minutes or until sausage is heated. Sprinkle bacon in and serve.Recipe categories: Main dish, Meat, Pork.
