Key lime pie
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/3 c
- melted margarine - 1/3 c
- can sweetened condensed milk - 1 item
- lime juice - 1/3 c
- graham crackers - 1 pkg
- jumbo egg yolks, reserve whites - 3 item
How to make key lime pie:
Crush graham crackers into crumbs. Mix crumbs, margarine and sugar together; press into 9-inch pie dish.Mix yolks with canned milk. Gradually add lime juice. Beat until well blended. Pour into pie shell. Beat egg whites with 1/3 cup sugar to a stiff meringue. Bake at 350° for 12 minutes or until meringue is lightly browned.
