  • water - 1 c
  • vegetable oil - 1 c
  • powdered sugar - 2 c
  • lime juice - 2 Tbsp
  • vanilla instant pudding
  • lemon cake mix - 1 item

How to make key lime cake:

Glaze:1/3 c. lime juice2 c. powdered sugar Mix cake ingredients well and pour into greased and floured 9 x 11 1/2-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 40 to 60 minutes. Remove from oven and prick with fork. Pour glaze on top.

Glaze: Mix well and pour on cake while warm.
