Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- can cream-style corn - 1 oz
- stick melted margarine - 1 item
- box Jiffy corn muffin mix - 1 item
- can Niblets corn, drained - 1 oz
How to make jiffy corn pudding:
Mix together in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes. All ingredients can be halved and poured into an 8 x 8-inch dish.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Corn.
