- can cream-style corn - 1 item
- box Jiffy corn muffin mix - 1 item
- can Niblets corn, drained - 1 item
How to make baked corn:
Melt margarine. Add corn, sour cream and Jiffy corn muffin mix. Mix good and bake in a greased casserole. Salt and pepper to taste. Bake at 350° until top is lightly brown.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Corn.
