- flour - 1 c
- coconut - 1/2 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- nuts - 1/2 c
- stick oleo - 1/2 item
- canned milk - 1/4 c
- small can crushed pineapple - 1 item
How to make jiffy cake:
Topping:1/2 c. sugar1/4 c. canned milk1/2 stick oleo1/2 c. coconut1/2 c. nuts Mix all cake ingredients in a large bowl. Bake at 350° for 30 or 40 minutes. Remove from oven and poke holes in cake, then add topping.Topping: Cook until thick.
