Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1 c
• eggs - 4 item
• salt - 1/4 tsp
• cornstarch
• cold water - 3 Tbsp
• baking powder - 1 tsp
• cake flour - 1 c
• lemon extract - 1 tsp

How to make jelly roll:

Bake at 375° approximately 20 minutes. Turn top side down onto a towel or breadboard that has been covered with confectioners sugar. Roll up in towel and let set until cool.
