Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 4 item
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- cornstarch
- cold water - 3 Tbsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- cake flour - 1 c
- lemon extract - 1 tsp
How to make jelly roll:
Bake at 375° approximately 20 minutes. Turn top side down onto a towel or breadboard that has been covered with confectioners sugar. Roll up in towel and let set until cool.Recipe categories: Desserts, Low fat.
