Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- eggs - 3 item
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- cold water - 1/4 c
- baking powder - 1/3 tsp
- cream of tartar - 1/2 tsp
- lemon extract - 1 tsp
- Swans Down cake flour - 3/4 c
How to make golden angel cake:
Beat egg yolks and water until thick and lemon colored. Add sugar gradually and continue beating. Sift flour before measuring and then sift flour, baking powder and salt 3 times and fold into the egg mixture. Beat egg whites until foamy, then add cream of tartar and continue beating until stiff.
