Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- flour - 5 Tbsp
- stick butter, melted - 1 item
- Ritz crackers - 1 pkg
- grated Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- cans pineapple chunks - 3 oz
How to make pineapple casserole:
Drain pineapple (reserving juice) and place in buttered casserole dish. Mix flour and sugar; sprinkle over pineapple. Sprinkle grated cheese over pineapple. Spoon pineapple juice on cheese. Crush Ritz crackers and place on top of casserole. Pour melted butter on top. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes. Good with ham or grilled meats.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pineapple, Main dish.
