  • bean sprouts - 10 oz
  • sesame oil - 1 tsp
  • carrot - 1 item
  • green peppers - 3 item
  • rice or cider vinegar - 1 tsp
  • pinch of toasted sesame seed - 1 item

Wash 10 ounces bean sprouts under cold running water and drain. Cut 1 carrot and 3 green peppers into thin strips. Cook carrot in boiling water for 1 minute. Add sprouts and pepper. Turn off heat. Rinse veggies under cold water. Drain well. Mix toge
