- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 2 item
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- coconut - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- dash of salt - 1 item
- raisins - 1/2 c
- stick butter or margarine, melted - 1 item
How to make japanese fruit pie:
Beat together butter, sugar, eggs and vinegar. Add coconut, raisins and nuts. Pour in an unbaked pie crust. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes. Double recipe for two pies.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
