  • chopped pecans - 1/2 c
  • coconut - 1/2 c
  • vinegar - 1 Tbsp
  • dash of salt - 1 item
  • raisins - 1/2 c
  • stick butter or margarine, melted - 1 item

How to make japanese fruit pie:

Beat together butter, sugar, eggs and vinegar. Add coconut, raisins and nuts. Pour in an unbaked pie crust. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes. Double recipe for two pies.
