  • eggs - 2 item
  • chopped pecans - 1/2 c
  • coconut - 1/2 c
  • stick butter - 1 item
  • raisins - 1/2 c
  • unbaked pie shell - 1 item
  • white vinegar - 1 Tbsp

How to make japanese fruit pie:

Mix together sugar, butter, eggs and vinegar. Add coconut, raisins and pecans. Stir together and put in unbaked pie shell and bake at 300° for 40 minutes.
