Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- dash of salt - 1 item
- dash of nutmeg - 1 item
- Sugar Twin - 3/4 c
- pastry for 2 crust pie
- or 7 tart apples - 6 item
How to make diabetic apple pie:
Pare apples and slice thin. Combine Sugar Twin, flour, spices and salt. Mix with apples. Line pie plate with pastry. Fill with apple mixture and dot with butter. Adjust top crust. Sprinkle with Sugar Twin. Bake at 400° for 50 minutes or until done.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
