Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- milk - 1 c
- stick margarine - 1 item
- vanilla flavoring - 1 tsp
- sticks margarine - 2 item
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- plain flour
- lemon flavoring - 1/2 tsp
- cloves - 1 tsp
- allspice - 1 tsp
- flour or cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
- Add eggs and beat
- chopped fig preserves
How to make japanese fruit cake:
Cream margarine and sugar. Add eggs and beat. Add baking powder and flour which has been sifted together. Alternate with milk. Add flavorings. Mix well. Bake one layer of this in greased and floured pan. To rest of mixture, add fig preserves, cloveRecipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Christmas.
