- milk - 1/4 c
- brown sugar - 1 c
- nuts
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- Frosting:1 stick butter
- can blackberry pie filling - 1 item
- Duncan Hines II spice cake mix - 1 item
How to make jam cake:
Frosting:1 stick butter1 c. brown sugar1/4 c. milk1 box powdered sugar Mix cake mix with eggs. Fold in pie filling. Add nuts. Bake in greased tube pan at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes.Caramel Icing: Cook butter and brown sugar together for 2 minutes. Add milk. Let cool and mix in 1 box powdered sugar. If too thick, add a little hot water.
