Jalapeno cornbread

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 3 Tbsp
• eggs - 3 item
• soda - 1/2 tsp
• buttermilk
• self-rising flour - 1/2 c
• salad oil - 1/2 c
• grated Cheddar cheese
• large onion, chopped - 1 item
• jalapeno peppers - 1/2 c
• cream-style corn - 1 c
• cornmeal mix - 3 c

How to make jalapeno cornbread:

Mix well all ingredients. Pour into greased and hot iron skillets. Bake at 325° to 350°. May be frozen for later use.
