Ingredients/Components
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- small zucchini, sliced - 4 item
- medium green pepper, chopped - 1 item
- hamburger, browned and drained - 1/2 c
- sausage, browned - 1 lb
- cans chunky Italian tomato sauce - 4 oz
- pepperoni, chunked - 1 lb
- shell macaroni small - 1 lb
- Mozzarella cheese optional - 1 item
How to make italian soup:
Combine all ingredients except macaroni and cheese. Cook until zucchini is slightly tender, then add precooked macaroni (should be cooked 7 to 8 minutes). Cook with macaroni 4 to 5 minutes. Top with Mozzarella cheese when served.Recipe categories: Vegetables, Soups & stews, Midwestern u.s..
