Italian pasta salad
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- red wine vinegar
- low-fat milk - 1/4 c
- minced onion - 2 tsp
- bell pepper, chopped - 1/2 c
- light mayonnaise - 3/4 c
- dried oregano or basil - 1/2 tsp
- twist pasta, cooked, drained and rinsed with cold water - 8 oz
How to make italian pasta salad:
In large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, milk, vinegar, minced onion, oregano, salt, pepper and garlic. Add remaining ingredients; toss to coat. Cover and chill for 1 hour to blend flavors before serving.Recipe categories: Salads, Pasta, Pork.
