Italian meat pie
Ingredients/Components
- egg - 1 item
- chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
- chopped green pepper - 2 Tbsp
- Italian seasoning - 1/2 tsp
- pizza sauce - 1/2 c
- shredded Mozzarella cheese - 1 c
- hamburg - 1 lb
- fresh bread crumbs 1 slice - 1/2 c
- jar drained mushrooms - 1 item
- beef flavor instant bouillon - 2 tsp
How to make italian meat pie:
Preheat oven to 350°. In bowl, combine meat, crumbs, egg, bouillon and seasoning; mix well. Press on bottom and up sides of 9-inch pie plate. Bake 15 minutes; pour off fat. Spoon pizza sauce over crust. Top with mushrooms, green pepper, onion and cheese. Bake 10 minutes or until cheese melts.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, One Dish meal.
