Italian macaroni salad
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- sour cream - 2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- diced green pepper - 1/2 c
- cottage cheese - 2 c
- hard-cooked eggs, chopped - 2 item
- diced celery - 1 c
- Italian salad dressing - 1/2 c
- small shell macaroni - 1 lb
- sliced green onions with tops - 2 Tbsp
How to make italian macaroni salad:
Cook macaroni; drain well. While still hot, toss with Italian dressing; let stand 30 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and chill. Makes 12 servings.Recipe categories: Pasta, Pasta, rice and grains, Italian.
