In small bowl combine 1 1/2 cups flour, yeast, salt, sugar and warmed water mixture. Mix at highest speed 3 minutes. Add 1 1/2 cups flour and knead 3 more minutes. If dough is sticky, knead in enough of remaining 1/2 cup flour to form a stiff dough. Place in greased bowl in draft-free area. Cover and let rise until doubled in bulk, about 1 hour.
Punch down. Roll into 15 x 18-inch rectangle. Spread with herb butter to within 1-inch of sides. Roll up jelly roll fashion; pinch edges to seal. Place on baking sheet sprinkled with cornmeal; again, let rise about an hour. Place in preheated oven (375°) for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350° and bake 20 to 25 minutes more.
