- chopped pecans - 1 c

- water - 1 c
- coconut - 1 c
- oil - 1/2 c
- stick butter - 1/2 item
- powdered sugar - 1 lb
- pecans - 1 c
- Duncan Hines yellow cake mix - 1 item
- coconut cream instant pudding - 1 pkg
How to make italian creme cake:
Icing and Filling:1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese1/2 stick butter1 c. coconut1 c. pecans1 tsp. vanilla1 lb. powdered sugar Mix all cake ingredients together and beat 2 minutes on medium speed. Divide dough into 2 (9 or 10-inch) cake pans. Bake at 350° or until middle is done, for 40 minutes. Cool and cut each layer into round-wise. This can be done with a good length of thread.
