- oil - 3/4 c
- baking powder - 3 tsp
- egg whites - 3 item
- lemon juice - 1 item
- sprinkles - 1 item
- Frosting:1 box confectioners sugar
- Anisette
How to make italian cookies:
Frosting:1 box confectioners sugar3 egg whites lemon juice sprinkles Put sugar in bowl; add one egg at a time. Mix together. Add oil, flour, baking powder and Anisette; mix together until you form a workable dough. Put on a floured board and shape into walnut-sized balls. Bake at 375° for 15 to 20 minutes on a greased cookie sheet.Frosting: Beat egg whites and confectioners sugar until foamy; add lemon juice until thinned. Dip cookies in frosting, then in sprinkles.
