Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 5 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- butter - 1/4 lb
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- all-purpose flour
- raisins optional - 1 c
How to make irish tea cake:
Cream the sugar and butter. Add eggs and sour cream. Sift and add flour, baking powder and salt. Add vanilla and raisins. Mix together and bake at 325° for 1 hour and 15 minutes in regular funnel cake pan.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Low sodium.
