  • sugar - 2 c
  • eggs - 5 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • sour cream - 1 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • butter - 1/4 lb
  • baking powder - 2 tsp
  • all-purpose flour
  • raisins optional - 1 c

How to make irish tea cake:

Cream the sugar and butter. Add eggs and sour cream. Sift and add flour, baking powder and salt. Add vanilla and raisins. Mix together and bake at 325° for 1 hour and 15 minutes in regular funnel cake pan.
