- self-rising flour - 3 c
- plain milk or buttermilk - 1 item
How to make irish bread:
Place flour in a bowl and add enough milk to make a dough consistency. Knead on a floured board and roll to a 1/2-inch thickness. Cut into 4 x 4-inch squares.Put into hot grease and brown on both sides. Cool on paper towels. Slice in half. Fill with bacon, egg or sausage. Very good for breakfast.
