Infallible rice

Ingredients/Components

• butter - 2 Tbsp
• medium onion, minced - 1 item
• chicken broth hot - 2 c
• long grain raw white rice - 1 c

How to make infallible rice:

Serves 4 hungry or 6 polite people.

Saute onion and butter until transparent. Combine onion, rice and hot broth. Bring to a boil. Cover and bake in a 325° oven for 20 minutes. Serve and listen to the compliments.
