Ginger cookies



Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- molasses - 1/4 c
- softened butter - 3/4 c
- ground cloves - 1/4 tsp
- ground ginger - 1/4 tsp
How to make ginger cookies:
In large bowl, combine first 4 ingredients with mixer. Mix remaining ingredients separately, then combine with first mixture. Chill at least 1 hour. Roll into 1-inch balls and coat with sugar. Bake at 350°, 2-inches apart on cookie sheet until light golden color and still a little gooey.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cookie and brownie, Hand Formed cookies.
