  • milk
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • Bisquick - 3/4 c
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • cheese - 1 c
  • tomatoes - 2 item
  • onions

How to make impossible cheeseburger pie:

Heat oven to 400°. Grease pie plate. Brown beef and onion; drain off fat. Spread on pie plate. Beat milk, Bisquick, salt, pepper and eggs until smooth. Pour in pie plate and bake for 25 minutes. Top with tomatoes and cheese. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, approximately 5 to 8 minutes.
