Ingredients/Components

  • eggs - 5 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • milk - 1 c
  • baking powder - 2 tsp
  • white sugar - 2 c
  • walnuts, chopped - 1 c
  • stick oleo - 1/2 item
  • can flaked coconut - 1 1/2
  • oleo 2 sticks - 1 c
  • 2 can crushed pineapple, drained reserve 1/2 c
  • box powdered sugar or less - 1 item
  • sections graham crackers, crumbled - 2 item
  • Add cracker crumbs and baking powder
  • crushed pineapple reserve - 1/2 c

How to make hawaiian wedding cake:

Cream sugar, oleo and eggs. Add cracker crumbs and baking powder. Add milk and rest of ingredients. Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan at 375° for 40 to 50 minutes or longer. Batter will look curdled. Frost when cool.Frosting:1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1/2 stick oleo1 box powdered sugar or less1 tsp. vanilla1/2 c. crushed pineapple reserve
