Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 5 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- white sugar - 2 c
- walnuts, chopped - 1 c
- stick oleo - 1/2 item
- can flaked coconut - 1 1/2
- oleo 2 sticks - 1 c
- 2 can crushed pineapple, drained reserve 1/2 c
- box powdered sugar or less - 1 item
- sections graham crackers, crumbled - 2 item
- Add cracker crumbs and baking powder
- crushed pineapple reserve - 1/2 c
How to make hawaiian wedding cake:
Cream sugar, oleo and eggs. Add cracker crumbs and baking powder. Add milk and rest of ingredients. Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan at 375° for 40 to 50 minutes or longer. Batter will look curdled.
