Ingredients/Components
- vanilla ice cream - 2 qt
- cold water
- can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed - 1 oz
- 1 liter bottles lemon-lime carbonated beverage - 2 item
How to make ice cream punch:
Spoon ice cream by tablespoons into large punch bowl. Add water and lemonade concentrate; stir until just combined. Slowly pour carbonated beverage down side of bowl. Stir gently to mix. Makes 24 (6 ounce) servings or 32 (4 ounce) servings.Variation: For sherbet punch, prepare as above except substitute lime, orange, lemon or raspberry sherbet for the ice cream.
