Glazed peach creme



  • vanilla ice cream - 1 pt
  • cold water - 3/4 c
  • boiling water - 2 c
  • can sliced peaches, drained - 1 3/4
  • each pkg - 2 oz

How to make glazed peach creme:

Dissolve 1 package jello in 1 cup boiling water. Add cold water and chill until slightly thickened. Dissolve remaining package jello in 1 cup boiling water. Add ice cream; stir until smooth and pour into serving bowl. Chill until set but not firm. Arrange peaches on gelatin/ice cream mixture. Top with clear gelatin. Makes 5 cups or 10 servings.
