  • sugar - 3/4 c
  • cocoa - 5 Tbsp
  • large Cool Whip - 1 item
  • small can evaporated milk - 1 item
  • Oreo cookies, crushed - 30 item
  • vanilla ice cream, softened - 1/2 gal
  • to 3/4 stick butter, melted - 1/2 item
  • Fudge Topping:3/4 stick butter

How to make ice cream cake:

Fudge Topping:3/4 stick butter3/4 c. sugar1 small can evaporated milk5 Tbsp. cocoa1 large Cool Whip Crush cookies and mix with butter. Line the bottom of a 10 x 12-inch spring-form pan with the cookie mixture. Spread the softened ice cream over the crust and freeze. (I freeze overnight.)

Mix the fudge ingredients and boil for about 5 minutes. Cool completely until it is room temperature and then spread on top of the frozen ice cream. Cover well with Reynolds Wrap and freeze until solid. Cover with Cool Whip and sprinkle with nuts or chocolate shavings to decorate. Freeze overnight before serving.
